If no qualifying progress is achieved during the active service period and all client requirements have been met, Client may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy, less the value of completed non-refundable services.
Qualifying progress may include, but is not limited to:
Removal of inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or incomplete reporting items
Corrections to inaccurate account information
Verified updates to your credit profile
Other documented service actions performed on Client's behalf
To qualify for this guarantee, clients must:
Provide complete and accurate information
Submit requested documents promptly
Maintain active communication
Continue making required payments to creditors
Avoid actions that may materially impact credit performance, including, but not limited to, missed payments, excessive new credit applications, significant increases in revolving balances, or other actions discussed by Company.
If a negative item removed through our efforts reappears within 120 days of its documented removal, we will continue working to challenge and address the item at no additional charge during the active service period.
Superhero Credit does not guarantee:
Specific credit score increases
Loan approvals
Timing of results
Superhero Credit does not remove information that is verified as accurate and complete under applicable law.
Credit outcomes vary by individual circumstances.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Cancellation of services does not automatically qualify a client for a refund.
